Google Review Card (operated via googlereviewcard.com.au, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988, Cth).
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, delivery/billing address (via our contact form, checkout, or account registration).
- Order and payment information when you buy a card or other product through our store (your payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
- Account information if you register for a customer account or our affiliate program.
- Google Business Profile information you choose to submit through the Card Dashboard tool (e.g. your business category and profile details), used only to generate review-card content and profile recommendations for you.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.
